How to use this course

Each class is to be repeated for a week before progressing to the next. Classes are on average 20min and must be performed daily to gain full benefits of the course.

You MUST have the necessary props to make the most out of the course: 
  • a yoga strap
  • a pilates ball
  • a head-pad or blanket
  • a thick blanket for the lower back

This course is a self-study course, which you can access anywhere in the world. It has no geographic restriction and is a digital course.
The classes are hosted on a digital platform that will require you to have access to the internet and a computer/iPad device. 
You can take this course in your own time, at your own rhythm. 
You have 6 months of access to the course from the date of purchase.

Is this course for YOU?


This course is for you if

  • You struggle with recurrent or chronic back pain
  • You have poor core strength and tight hips flexor
  • You feel stiff in the whole body
  • You have poor posture
  • You have not exercised for over six months
  • You are new or have little Pilates experience
  • You have been cleared by your doctor to practice Pilates

This course is NOT for you if 

  • You have self-diagnosed or don’t know the cause of your back pain 
  • You have had recent surgery 
  • You have not been cleared by your doctor to exercise
  • You have/had nerve damage
  • You have sciatica 
  • You can and do exercise despite the pain
  • You are an advanced Pilates student

This course is NOT INTENDED AS A BACK PAIN CURE. 

You MUST get approval from your doctor before exercising and purchasing this course.
Though gentle the course may not be suitable if you suffer from nerve damage or more serious symptoms/diagnosis. It may help manage the pain but it also could make it worse if you aren't allowed to exercise just yet. Do get your doctor's approval before purchasing the course.

Hi, I’m Isa-Welly, a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Pilates, and Wellness coach. I’m dedicated to helping you achieve holistic wellbeing through mind, body and spirit alignment!

Class 1

Back Release and Spinal Articulation. This first-class focuses on release tension from the whole body, especially the back, and increasing flexibility in the spine

Class 2

Deep stretch and hips opener. We are progressing towards increasing flexibility in the rest of the body. Focus also on opening the hips to allow more tension release from the lower back

 Flexibility and Core strength. Now that we have spent two weeks releasing tension and increasing flexibility, time to focus on building core strength

FAQs

I don’t live in the UK, can I still do this course?

Yes you can access the course from anywhere in the world as long as you have a digital device with access to the internet

Are the videos on youtube or video?

No, the classes are hosted on a learning platform via my website.

Do I need props for this course?

Yes, you do. A small pilates ball, 2 thick blankets, a yoga strap. A yoga block is optional.

Can I be refunded if the classes are not working for me?

No, the course is non-refundable because it’s a digital course. If you are on the fence, I suggest you try my Pilates class for back pain to have a feel of my teaching style and what to expect.

I've had surgery/sciatica/nerve damage, can I do this course?

Not without the all-clear of your doctor. Your doctor has to give you a written or verbal consent stating you are safe to practice Pilates in a group setting WITHOUT supervision.

How long do I have access to this course?

6 months from the date of purchase.
