Hi, I’m Isa-Welly, a Registered Nutritionist, Pilates, and Wellness coach.
As an ex-professional dancer, I am passionate about movement but more specifically alignment, strength, and flexibility which is what this course will be bringing you.
I've designed this course as a follow up to the beginner's course to help you take your physical strength to a new level.
