Hi, I’m Isa-Welly, a Registered Nutritionist, Pilates, and Wellness coach.
As an ex-professional dancer, I am passionate about movement but more specifically alignment, strength, and flexibility which is what this course will be bringing you.
Through my popular pilates classes in London, I came across so many beginner students who missed the basics of Pilates and struggled to follow along in group classes. So I wanted to create a fun, exciting but thorough course that would guide any beginners through this beautiful but challenging form of exercise. Expect to feel strong, lengthened, and empowered.
